 下載字典檔  http://stardict.sourceforge.net/Dictionaries_zh_TW.php
                       選擇Tarball格式  解壓縮到 C:\Program files\stardict\dic\
 下載語音檔  http://sourceforge.net/projects/stardict/
                        在downlaod裡的  WyabdcRealPeopleTTS
                        解壓縮到 C:\Program files\StarDict\
